Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our high-end golf retail store. The successful candidate will have a passion for golf and a proven track record in retail management. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, managing inventory, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute effective inventory management strategies, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and attract new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
