[Key Responsibilities]
Staff Management: Guide and supervise employees to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Training: Provide onboarding and service standard training for new staff.
Customer Support: Promptly address customer complaints and requests, and assist both the kitchen and customer service team.
Opening and Closing: Supervise restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Inventory Management: Oversee and manage stock levels effectively.
[Qualifications]
Experience is preferable (not a Must).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to principles and adherence to rules.
[Working Conditions]
Location: Near Lonsdale, North Vancouver (easily accessible via Seabus from Downtown).
Schedule: 5 days per week (hours negotiable).
Salary: To be determined based on discussion.
