JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Identify, eval‎uate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
 Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
 Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
 Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies that align with business goals.
 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure favorable terms.
 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
 Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
 Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
 Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring milestones are met.
 Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
 Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure project documentation is maintained.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Superior organizational and conflict-resolution skills
• An in depth understanding of different programming languages
• Good communication skills in English and/or French
• Keen intercultural sensitivity and openness to dealing with staff of widely differing backgrounds
• Flexibility with schedule
