현재 랭리의 이노푸드 회사에서 근무할 직원을 모집하고 있습니다. 저희 회사는 대중교통으로 출근이 불가능하기 때문에 개인 차량을 갖고 계시고 운전이 가능하신 분들만 지원이 가능합니다.

모집분야 - 생산팀(Production)  - 경력이 없으셔도 트레이닝 해드립니다 

자격요건과 주요업무:

- 무게 25kg 이상 제품 핸들링 

- 원료, 완제품 및 포장재를 장비또는 수동으로 창고로 운반

- 초콜릿과 또는 크래커 재료를 측정하여 혼합 및 분쇄기에 넣는 작업

- 제품 원료를작업 트레이에 분배하는 작업

- 컨베이어에서 채워진 컨테이너를 제거하고 배송을 위해 수동으로 물품을 가방, 상자 또는 기타 컨테이너에 포장

- 작업장 및 장비 청소

- 제품 및 포장의 기본적인 품질 결함 확인

- 맡은 업무를 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 수행하실 수 있는분

- 경력이 없으셔도 가능합니다

근무시간 :

- 오전(AM Shift) - 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM (30분 유급 점심시간)

- 오후(PM Shift) - 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (30분 유급 점심시간) 

- 야간(GY Shift) - 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM (30분 유급 점심시간)

임금 Wage :

• 오전(AM Shift) - $18.50
• 오후(PM Shift) - $19.25
• 야간(GY Shift) - $19.25 + $3/hr (Shift Premium will be paid every six bi-weekly payment)

복리후생

1. 건강보험(Extended Health Benefit) - 입사 후 3개월 뒤에 적용됩니다 (덴탈,침,마사지,안경 등등). 2년 이상 근무 시 더 좋은 베네핏으로 업그레이드 됩니다.
2. 휴가수당(Vacation Pay) - 베케이션 페이가 적립되어 휴가나 필요하실 때에 요청하실 수 있습니다.
3. 초과 근무수당(Overtime Pay) - 하루 8시간 이상 일하셨을때 캐나다 법에 따라 임금의 1.5배 혹은 2배 지급됩니다.
4. 휴일수당(Holiday Pay) - 공휴일에 캐나다 법에 따라 페이가 지급됩니다.
5. 유급점심시간(Paid Lunch Hour) - 일하시는 시간은 7.5시간이지만 점심시간 30분 포함된 8시간으로 페이해드립니다.
6. 유급병가(Paid Sick Leave) - 캐나다 법에 따라 유급 병가 5일 무급 병가 3일 지급됩니다.

그 외 직원복지로 햇반과 각종 컵라면과 맥심커피 를 구비해두고 있습니다. 생산 일정에 따라 매년 다르지만 크리스마스 기간에 회사가 일주일 정도 쉽니다.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation:

Follow recipes and production instructions to prepare food products.

Transport raw materials and products from/to the warehouse.

Measure and mix ingredients according to specifications.

Operate various food processing equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, ovens).

2. Production Operations (weight up to 25 kg):

Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing or grinding machines.

Feed and unload foods and associated products processing machines.

Perform quality checks on products throughout the production process.

Operate food production machinery to ensure smooth operation and notify supervisors of any detected abnormalities.

3. Packaging:

Operate packaging equipment to wrap, label, and package finished products.

Feed flattened trays into forming machines to construct trays or containers.

Package manually filled pouches/products from conveyor into boxes or trays or other containers. Ensure that all packaging meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors of any shortages.

4. Quality Control:

Conduct visual and physical inspections of products to identify defects or contamination.

Report any quality issues to supervisors.

Follow company policies for handling rejected or defective products.

5. Sanitation and Safety:

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Clean work areas and equipment after finish production and packaging.

Follow sanitation procedures to clean equipment and work surfaces.

Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

6. Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory checks and maintain accurate records of materials used.

Report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.

7. Compliance:

Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to food safety (e.g., HACCP, GMP).

Participate in training sessions on food safety and production practices.

Ensure proper documentation of production activities as required.

8. Team Collaboration:

Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

Communicate with team members and supervisors about production status and issues.

Assist in training new employees as needed.

Qualifications:

 Experience in food production or a similar environment preferred.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg.

Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold, hot, humid environments).

Work Environment:

 Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and cleaning chemicals.

Must adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
