Inno Foods Group is a Global Food production facility in high-end luxury snack industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate – Food to explore new customer in local and global market, focusing on customer acquisition. The role entails having the ability to cold call, be customer focused, driven to achieve goals and milestones within the business. Confidentiality, excellent organizational and communication skills are important qualifications for this position.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Developing and maintaining relationships with our key clients
Promoting and positioning the organization toward major projects opportunities
Supervising customer relationship development and participating in the negotiation of terms and conditions for key accounts while considering the risk management of our business
Lead and manage business affairs activities
Ability to quote pricing to customers in a fast-paced environment
Develop a growth strategy with a focus on customer’s satisfaction and the building of long-term relationships.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the overall industry, competition, industry trends, and market conditions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Balance strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, while achieving performance and targets
Develop and support Sales and Business Development processes, including but not limited to: strategic plan, annual sale plan, account management plan working cohesively with the sales team and senior management team
Communicate effectively across the teams and peers to identify process improvements in both groups to enhance the overall customer experience
All other duties as assigned
Your qualifications and skills:
5 years of proven experience achieving sales targets and building long term business relationships with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills to senior management
Competency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to learn new technology
Good analytical, negotiation, project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to resolve complex issues to positive resolution.
Excellent time management and personal organization skills
Monitoring workload, both personal and that of others, to ensure completion targets are met in a timely and financially responsible manner
Dynamic entrepreneurship, technical savvy
Team player with proven record of building a dynamic and effective team
Experience in dealing with Costco, Sam’s Club and E-Mart is an asset
