As a Baker with COBS Bread, You Will:

• Collaborate with fellow bakers to maintain the exceptional quality and variety of our bread.

• Learn the art of baking from scratch, gaining valuable skills in bread-making techniques and recipes.

• Ensure all products are prepared in a timely manner to meet customer orders.

• Assist with stock rotation and keep the bakery organized.

• Provide friendly, helpful service to our customers, brightening their mornings with your warm demeanor.

Our Criteria:

• Previous experience in baking and customer service is highly preferred but not required.

• Must be an early morning person, as shifts start between 1am - 4 am and last 8 hours.

• Ability to lift 25 kg and be on your feet for the duration of your shift.

• Arrive in a clean uniform (provided at hiring) to maintain our professional bakery standards.
