주요 업무

• 제품/세일즈 기획 내용을 매력적이고 효과적인 패키지 디자인으로 구현

• 시각적인 문제 해결과 컨셉 도출, 팀 브레인스토밍에 적극 참여

• 디자인 결과물을 포함한 프레젠테이션 자료 구성 및 완성도 있는 제작

• 내부 프레젠테이션 진행 – 꼼꼼한 준비와 자신감을 바탕으로 결과물 설명

• 제품, 행사 관련 사진/영상 촬영 및 편집 (SNS, 브로슈어, 프레젠테이션용 콘텐츠 제작)

• 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리하며 빠듯한 일정 속에서도 퀄리티 유지

• 부서 간 협업 및 팀원 지원에 적극적 참여

• 프로젝트 전반에 대한 책임감을 가지고 정확하고 일관된 고품질 결과물 완성

• 프로젝트 진행 중 팀원들과 원활한 소통을 통해 정보 공유 및 일정 조율

자격 요건

• 그래픽 디자인 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 보유

• 2-3년 이상의 그래픽 디자인 및 브랜드 디자인 경력

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) 숙련자

• 타이포그래피, 사진, 일러스트레이션, 프레젠테이션, 스케치 등 다양한 시각 표현 능력을 보여주는 포트폴리오 보유

• Mac 및 Windows 환경 모두에서의 컴퓨터 활용 능력

• Microsoft Office 프로그램(Word, PowerPoint 등) 활용 가능 능력

복리후생

1. 건강보험(Extended Health Benefit) - 입사 후 3개월 뒤에 적용됩니다 (덴탈,침,마사지,안경 등등). 2년 이상 근무 시 더 좋은 베네핏으로 업그레이드 됩니다.
2. 휴가수당(Vacation Pay) - 베케이션 페이가 적립되어 휴가나 필요하실 때에 요청하실 수 있습니다.
3. 초과 근무수당(Overtime Pay) - 하루 8시간 이상 일하셨을때 캐나다 법에 따라 임금의 1.5배 혹은 2배 지급됩니다.
4. 휴일수당(Holiday Pay) - 공휴일에 캐나다 법에 따라 페이가 지급됩니다.
5. 유급점심시간(Paid Lunch Hour) - 일하시는 시간은 7.5시간이지만 점심시간 30분 포함된 8시간으로 페이해드립니다.
6. 유급병가(Paid Sick Leave) - 캐나다 법에 따라 유급 병가 5일 무급 병가 3일 지급됩니다.

Innofoods Inc. is a global food manufacturing company specializing in high-end luxury snacks. We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer for an 18-month contract who can capture customers' attention in both local and global markets.
This role requires the ability to develop innovative packaging concepts and support various product and marketing design needs. Experience in photography and videography, including editing, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Interpreting sales/products presentation into successful and effective packaging concepts/designs

Visual problem-solving and concept execution and contribution in team brainstorming

Building presentation decks which showcase your work and ensuring its accuracy

Presenting your work internally with the confidence that comes from knowing that you have done all that you can

Taking and editing the videos/photos on our products or event happening for marketing purposes (SNS, brochure, and presentation)

Thriving in the demands of pressing deadlines and confidently managing multiple priorities

Playing an active role in supporting both your immediate colleagues and those across the departments

Taking personal responsibility and guardianship for your projects – ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality work

Maintaining a positive and open dialogue with team members so they are fully informed throughout the project life-cycle

Qualifications/skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field

2-3 years of experience in packaging and/or brand design

Expert fluency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, lightroom and InDesign

Well-rounded portfolio showcasing excellent understanding of typography, photography, Illustration, presentation skills, sketching and design methodology

Computer literacy, including familiarity with both iOS and Windows; fluency in Microsoft Office
