Job Description

• Customer service i.e Maintaining continuous contact with existing customers through e-mails and telephone,
• Coordinating/dispatching freight internally with the 3PL team & planning team(Drivers assets )
• Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
• Monitoring and updating inventory and dispatch software
• Ensuring drivers follow delivery / operating procedures
• Strategically coordinating deliveries and pickups of motor vehicles
• Monitor driver log entries and pre-trip inspections
• Communicating with customers during delivery set up
• Troubleshooting when variations occur during the delivery plan

Requirements

• Experience in Intermodal and Ocean transportation
• High school diploma
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to persevere
• Understanding of basic mathematical and geographical concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: #1-9494 198 St, Langley, BC
