【담당 업무】

【우대 사항】

l 실버타운 또는 요양 시설 관련 경력자

l 커뮤니티 관리 및 리더십 경험자

General Manager Recruitment – Amenida Seniors’ Community (Surrey)

To celebrate our 16th anniversary in 2025, Amenida Surrey is looking for a General Manager to join us in realizing a new chapter and development of our Korean senior town.

At Amenida, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors by providing a comfortable and happy environment, while also fostering a community where employees take pride in their work. 【Job Requirements】

· A person with genuine affection for and dedication to serving seniors.

· A leader who values teamwork and communication within the organization.

· Someone with a creative and responsible approach to leading the development of facility operations.

【Responsibilities】

· Overall management of facility operations, ensuring smooth communication between staff and residents.

· Strengthening the network with the local community, improving operations, and developing new programs.

【Preferred Qualifications】

· Experience in senior living or nursing home facilities.

· Experience in community management and leadership.

· Proficiency in both Korean and English.

【Additional Requirements】

· A person who can serve seniors with a warm heart rather than just impressive qualifications.

· A leader who can grow and collaborate with employees.

· Someone who can lead Amenida’s growth through new challenges and changes.
