버나비 코리아타운 센터 2층에 위치한 C&C Insurance에서 함께 일할 보험 상담 및 고객 서비스 담당자 (Personal Lines Insurance Advisor / CSR)를 모집합니다.

근무 시작일:

보험 라이센스 취득 후 파트타임으로 시작 가능하며, 9월부터 풀타임 근무 예정입니다.

업무 내용:

• ICBC 업무, 재고 및 갱신 관리

• 주택/콘도/세입자/여행자 보험 관련 업무

• 고객에게 맞는 보험 상품 안내 및 설명

• 보험 프로그램 Applied Epic 사용 (데이터 입력, 스캔, 파일 정리 등)

• 일반 사무업무 및 기타 관리업무

• 필요 시 버나비 및 랭리 지점 근무 가능

지원 조건:

• 한국어 및 영어 모두 능통하신 분 (필수)

• 고등학교 졸업 이상

• 보험 라이센스 소지자 우대 (Level 1 General Insurance License)

   ° 미소지자의 경우, 교재 및 시험 비용 지원 조건 가능

• Customer Service 경험자 (3년 이상 우대)

• Applied Epic 또는 Policycenter 경험자 우대

근무 조건 및 복지:

주 5일 / 7.5시간 / 월-금 및 토요일 로테이션 근무

급여: 월 $3,300–$3,850 + 개인 커미션 (라이센스 취득 시)

복지: 치과, 시력, 건강 보험, 생명 보험 제공

Join Our Team at C&C Insurance!

C&C Insurance is a busy brokerage focused on customer service and attention to detail. We are currently looking to expand our team with an Insurance Advisor on a full-time basis at our Burnaby Location (2nd floor of Korea Town Centre)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ICBC transactions, batching, inventory, and renewal follow-ups

• Assist with home, condo, tenant, and travel insurance renewals and inquiries

• Educate clients and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

• Use Applied Epic for data entry, scanning, filing

• General administrative support

• Occasionally work from both Burnaby and Langley locations

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Korean and English (Required)

• Secondary school diploma

• Strong data entry skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment

• Level 1 General Insurance License (preferred) or willing to obtain (we cover material and exam feesunder certain conditions)

• Customer service experience, ideally 3+ years

• Experience with Applied Epic or Policycenter is an asset

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time (Monday–Friday), with occasional Saturdays

• Pay: $3,300–$3,850/month + Commission (once licensed)
