Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and international freight operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, carriers, and overseas agents.

* Job Type: Full Time

* Office Hours: Mon~Fri / 8:30am~5:30pm

* Expected hours: 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import/export shipments (air, ocean, and ground)
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, customs documents, etc.)
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and global agents
• Track shipments and provide status updates
• Ensure compliance with Canadian customs and transportation regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures
• Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is required
• Familiarity with Canadian customs processes is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems
