주요 업무 

1. 금속 제작 및 기계 조작

• 철공 및 일반 제조용 도구/장비 운영 및 유지 관리

• 다양한 자재(목재, 금속, 복합재 등)의 측정, 마킹 및 절단 작업

• 금속 가공 기계(롤러, 드릴 프레스, 화염 절단기, 절곡기, 절단기 등) 세팅 및 조작

• 청사진 및 도면을 해석하여 레이아웃 설계 및 작업 계획 수립

2. 용접 및 조립

• 다양한 위치(수평, 수직, 오버헤드 등)에서 소형/대형 부품, 구리 배관, 빔, 파이프라인 등 용접 수행

• 산업용 전문 용접 장비 운영 및 가스 혼합비, 장비 온도 모니터링

• 안전하고 정확한 조립을 위한 금속 및 작업면 전처리 작업

• 제작품에 타 부품 통합 설치 (장착, 정렬, 보강 등)

3. 마감 및 품질 관리

• 완성된 제품의 연마(그라인딩) 및 표면 마감 처리

• 용접면 및 구조물 점검을 통한 불량 확인 및 품질 검사 수행

• 장비 오작동 발생 시 즉각적인 트러블슈팅(문제 해결) 및 보고

4. 안전 및 협업

• 현장 안전 규정 철저 준수 (내열 장갑, 보호 마스크, 안전화 등 보호구 착용 필수)

• 모든 용접 장비와 공구의 정기적인 세척, 유지 보수 및 수리

• 관리자/감독자와 지속적으로 소통하며 작업 상황 보고 및 개선 아이디어 제안

• 기타 생산 현장 내 수반되는 육체적 작업 지원

자격 요건 및 우대 사항

• 필수 요건: 플럭스 코어(Flux Core), 메탈 코어(Metal Core), 하드 와이어(Hard Wire)를 이용한 전 자세 용접이 가능하신 분

• 필수 요건: 작업 도면(생산 도면)을 정확히 읽고 이해할 수 있으신 분

• 학력/경력: 용접/제작 관련 학과(디플로마) 졸업자 또는 이에 상응하는 실무 경력을 보유하신 분

• 우대 사항: 스테인리스 스틸(SUS) 제작 경력자 (1~2년 선호)

• 우대 사항: CWB(Canadian Welding Bureau) 용접 자격증 소지자 선호

• 생산 일정 및 고객사 요청에 따라 필요 시 연장 근무(오버타임)가 가능하신 분 (오버타임 페이 지급)

근무 환경 및 신체 조건

• 신체 조건:

  • 정기적으로 11~23kg(25~50lbs) 상당의 물품을 들어 올리거나 이동할 수 있는 체력

  • 협업을 통해 23kg 이상의 물품을 취급할 수 있는 분

  • 장시간 서 있기, 굽히기, 무릎 꿇기, 쪼그려 앉기 등 현장 작업에 무리가 없으신 분

• 근무 형태: 주 5일 근무 (월요일 ~ 금요일)

• 근무 시간: 오전 07:00 ~ 오후 03:00 (주 40시간)

Fabricator (Welder)

Inno Food Inc. is a global food production facility specializing in premium, high-end snacks. We are currently seeking a Fabricator (Welder) to support the production, assembly, and finishing of custom metal products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

To succeed in this role a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in various welding techniques, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

• Operate and maintain various steel working and general fabrication tools and equipment.
• Measure, mark and cut various materials including wood, metal, and composites.
• Receive directions and execute assembly procedures and processes while communicating status, issues, and questions regularly.
• Integration of other products into fabricated items including mounting, alignment, accessibility, and reinforcement.
• Cut and grind various materials including wood, metals, FRP, plastics and composites.
• Daily manual labor and physical demands include, but not limited to: standing, walking, crouching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and bending for extensive lengths of time. It also requires full-body movements including, but not limited to, the use of hands, feet, arms, legs, back, and torso; along with the ability to push, pull and lift.
• Report malfunctions of equipment or tools immediately.
• Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears.
• Grinding and finishing completed products
• Performing quality checks on completed products
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
• Weld small and large components such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines.
• Use specialized machinery for industrial welding
• Maintain, regularly clean and repair all welding equipment and tools.
• Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
• Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
• Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature and determining correct gas ratios
• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage.
• Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.
• Liaising with the line manager or supervisor, reporting any issues, and making suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in welding in all positions with flux core, metal core and hard wire.
• Experience in reading and understanding working drawings.
• Possibility of overtime as required by workload and customer requirements
• Perform other duties as needed
• Welder / Fabricator Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Preferably 1 – 2 years stainless steel fabricating experience.
• Welder’s certification CWB preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below waist.

• 40 hrs / Week
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am - 3:00pm
