Inno Foods Inc. 은 프리미엄 스낵을 생산하는 글로벌 식품 제조업체 입니다. 현재 Design, Marketing, Sales 및 기타 내부 부서를 지원할 Graphic Design & Content Designer 계약직 인턴을 모집합니다.

본 포지션은 그래픽 디자인, 콘텐츠 제작, 사진 촬영, 영상 제작 및 마케팅 업무에 대한 실무 경험을 쌓고자 하는 최근 졸업생 또는 커리어 초기 단계의 크리에이티브 인재에게 적합한 포지션입니다.

입사자는 Design 팀과 긴밀하게 협업하며 다양한 디자인, 마케팅 및 콘텐츠 제작 관련 프로젝트를 지원하게 됩니다.

주요 업무

• Design, Marketing, Sales 팀의 그래픽 디자인 및 크리에이티브 제작 업무 지원
• 프레젠테이션, 마케팅 자료, 디지털 콘텐츠 및 인쇄물에 필요한 디자인 자료(Design Assets) 수정, 보완 및 제작
• 사진 및 영상 프로젝트 지원
  • 자료 및 레퍼런스 조사
  • 콘셉트 개발
  • 디자인/콘텐츠 자료 준비
  • 기본적인 사진 및 영상 편집
• SNS 및 마케팅 콘텐츠 제작, 비주얼 리서치 및 인플루언서 관련 프로젝트 지원
• 디자인 자료, 레퍼런스, 파일 및 프로젝트 관련 자료 체계적으로 정리 및 관리
• 필요에 따른 기타 디자인 및 콘텐츠 제작 업무 지원

필수 자격 및 역량

• Graphic Design, Interactive Arts, Digital Media, Visual Communication 또는 관련 분야의 Diploma 또는 학위 소지자
• Adobe Illustrator 및 Adobe Photoshop 활용 능력
• 타이포그래피(Typography), 레이아웃(Layout), 색상(Color), 구성(Composition) 등 디자인 기본 원리에 대한 이해
• RGB 및 CMYK 색상 체계와 일반적인 인쇄 제작(Print Production) 과정에 대한 이해
• 뛰어난 꼼꼼함과 문서 및 업무 정리 능력
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 여러 부서와 협업할 수 있는 능력
• 업무 지시를 이해하고 피드백을 적극적으로 수용하며, 여러 업무를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 능력

근무 및 교통 요건

• 본 포지션은 100% 오피스 출근(On-site) 근무이며 재택근무는 제공되지 않습니다.
• 출퇴근을 위한 안정적인 교통수단을 확보할 수 있어야 합니다.
• 개인 차량 이용이 가능한 지원자를 우대하며, 상황에 따라 카풀(Carpooling)이 가능할 수 있습니다.

Graphic Design & Content Designer (Internship)

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Design & Content Designer Intern to support our Design, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams on a three-month contract.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career creative professional looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, content creation, photography, video, and marketing within a professional and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Design team and support a variety of creative, marketing, and production-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Design, Marketing, and Sales teams with graphic design and creative production needs.

· Update, adapt, and prepare design assets for presentations, marketing materials, digital content, and print.

· Assist with photography and video projects, including research, concept development, asset preparation, and basic editing.

· Support social media and marketing content creation, visual research, and influencer-related initiatives.

· Organize creative assets, references, files, and project materials.

· Provide general creative and production support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Arts, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

· Good understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, colour, and composition.

· Understanding of RGB and CMYK colour spaces and general print production processes.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

· Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work & Transportation Requirements

· This is a fully on-site position with no remote work option.

· Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

· Access to a vehicle is preferred; carpooling may be possible depending on the situation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable recent graduate or early-career designer who is eager to learn and comfortable supporting a variety of projects across design, photography, video, marketing, and content creation.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and a good fit with the team may be considered for an extension beyond the initial three-month contract.

Contract Length: 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs

Position Type: Full-time Contract
