We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Account Manager with a strong supply chain management background to join our growing team and share in this vision.

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

--Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships

--Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate technical and commercial requirements, and ensure timely resolution of delivery, quality, or service issues

--Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, purchase orders, sales orders, and account documentation from order confirmation through delivery and settlement

--Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including forecasting, ordering, inventory, shipment, settlement, and preparation of required documents related to export/import.

--Prepare documentation for annual site audits, and conduct factory visits as required

--Contribute to business development strategies and special projects

--Support transportation and logistics planning by identifying cost-saving opportunities and assisting with company transportation decisions

--Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

--Bachelor’s degree or higher

--Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, supply chain management, international trade, or related fields

--Fluency in English (native or professional working proficiency)

--Strong knowledge of international trade terminology and operational ERP systems

--Proficiency in Microsoft Office

--Ability to travel internationally, including the USA, Mexico, Asia, Europe, and other regions as needed

--Must be legally authroized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

--Knowledge of cross-border shipping and triangular trade transactions involving suppliers, customers, and delivery destinations across different countries

--Relevant certifications in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management are preferred

--Background in corporate accounting or electronic accounting systems is an asset

--Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly, with strong awareness of confidentiality, data security, and the need to protect internal company information when using external AI platforms

Working Hours & Benefits

--Regular working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

--Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate business needs and coordination across international time zones
