POSITION :

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team at our Vancouver branch located in Richmond, BC.


RESPONSIBILITY:

*Including but not limited to:

• Review and process orders for the release of products or materials from warehouse to customers or other departments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all shipments, including release documents and delivery receipts.
• Plan, track, and communicate with relevant personnel regarding inbound and outbound containers to ensure timely preparation of products for release.
• Serve as the primary point of contact among drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel to relay important information and respond to customer requests.
• Address and resolve issues related to release orders, such as incorrect items, delays, or damaged products.

QUALIFICATION:

• Experience in the logistics industry (Preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in English and Korean
• Proficient with MS Office
• Must be eligible to work in Canada

Salary: 45K ~ 50K (Negotiable based on experience)
