in USA, Canada, and Mexico, providing high quality and comprehensive worldwide logistics services

enhanced through state of art tracking, visibility, and PO management system operated by highly

motivated and experienced experts.

POSITION :

We are looking for an experienced Import Specialist to join our team at our Vancouver branch

located in Richmond, BC.

RESPONSIBILITY :

*Including but not limited to;

• Oversee the complete import process;
• Prepare, process import documents and maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Administer the appropriate movement of goods to ensure clearance and timely delivery.
• Communicate via phone and email with customers, agents, and partners to provide shipment status updates, offer solutions or alternatives, and negotiate profitable deals that satisfy all parties.

QUALIFICATION :

• Experience in the freight forwarding industry (Preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast pace environment
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in related fields
• Must be fluent in English and Korean
• Proficient with MS Office
• Must be eligible to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: CAD 45,000 ~ 50,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
