BC주 **Lillooet(릴루엣)**에 위치한 Lillooet Inn Restaurant에서 2027년을 함께할 새로운 직원을 미리 찾고 있습니다.

당장 급하게 사람을 구하는 것은 아닙니다. 좋은 분을 만나면 서로 충분히 알아가면서 오랫동안 함께 일할 수 있는 직원을 지금부터 천천히 찾고 있습니다.

릴루엣은 밴쿠버 같은 대도시와는 많이 다른 조용하고 작은 산골 마을입니다. 아름다운 산과 강으로 둘러싸여 있고 자연이 정말 가까운 곳이라, 복잡한 도시생활보다는 조용하고 여유로운 생활을 좋아하시는 분께 잘 맞는 곳입니다.

타지역에서 오시는 분들은 새로운 지역에 정착하는 것이 쉽지 않을 수 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 릴루엣으로 오시게 된다면 생활이나 정착에 필요한 부분도 최대한 도와드리겠습니다.

저희 식당은 일식과 서양식을 함께 운영하는 레스토랑입니다.

햄버거, 샌드위치, 라이스볼, 아침식사, 각종 핫푸드와 스시박스 등 여러 종류의 음식을 만들고 있습니다.

요리사는 기본적으로 Hot Food가 주 업무이지만, 스시를 기본적으로 만들 줄 아시거나 스시 경험까지 있으신 분이라면 더욱 환영합니다. 여러 포지션을 함께할 수 있는 분이면 근무 스케줄을 맞추는 데도 장점이 있습니다.

경력이 있으신 분은 물론 좋지만, 경력이 조금 부족하더라도 책임감이 있고 배우려는 마음이 있으며 오래 함께하실 분이라면 편하게 연락 주세요.

서버는 손님들에게 친절하게 응대하고 다른 직원들과 잘 어울리면서 함께 일할 수 있는 밝고 책임감 있는 분을 찾고 있습니다.

⏰ 근무시간

근무시간은 어느 정도 유연하게 조정 가능합니다.

일을 많이 하고 싶으신 분은 본인의 능력과 식당 상황에 따라 스케줄을 많이 드릴 수 있고, 조금만 일하고 싶으신 분은 적은 스케줄로 근무하는 것도 가능합니다.

저희 식당은 보통 여름(6월~9월)이 가장 바쁘고 겨울은 비교적 한가합니다.

그래서 저희에게는 바쁜 여름 시즌을 함께 책임감 있게 도와주실 수 있는 분이 중요합니다. 여름 시즌을 함께 잘해주시고 서로 잘 맞는다면 겨울에도 가능한 한 안정적으로 스케줄을 드리면서 Year-Round로 오래 함께 일하는 것이 저희가 원하는 방향입니다.

식당 특성상 바쁜 시간에는 일이 빠르고 체력적으로 힘들 수 있습니다. 그래서 활동적이고 체력이 좋으며 바쁜 환경에서도 즐겁게 일하실 수 있는 분이면 더욱 잘 맞을 것 같습니다.

단기간 몇 번 일하고 그만두시는 분보다는 책임감을 가지고 장기적으로 저희 팀과 함께하실 분을 찾고 있습니다.

Hello!

Lillooet Inn Restaurant, located in beautiful Lillooet, BC, is starting early to look for great people to join our team for 2027 and beyond.

We are not in a rush to hire immediately. We would rather take our time to find the right people who are interested in becoming long-term members of our team.

Lillooet is a quiet, small mountain town surrounded by beautiful mountains, rivers and nature. It offers a very different lifestyle from a large city and can be a great place for someone who enjoys a peaceful, small-town environment.

If you are considering moving to Lillooet from another community, we understand that relocating to a new town can be challenging. We will do our best to help you settle into the community and make the transition easier.

🍽️ Positions Available

• Server — Front of House
• Cook — Hot Food

Lillooet Inn Restaurant serves a combination of Japanese and Western food, including burgers, sandwiches, rice bowls, breakfast, hot food, sushi boxes and more.

The cook position is primarily focused on hot food, but basic sushi-making skills or previous sushi experience would be a great asset. Someone who is comfortable helping in different areas of the kitchen would be especially welcome.

Experience is an asset, but we are also happy to consider someone who may have less experience but is reliable, willing to learn, hardworking and interested in staying long-term.

For our server position, we are looking for someone who is friendly with customers, responsible and comfortable working as part of a team.

⏰ Hours & Scheduling

Scheduling can be flexible depending on what you are looking for.

If you would like to work more hours, we may be able to provide more shifts depending on your performance and the needs of the restaurant. If you prefer to work fewer hours, a lighter schedule may also be possible.

Our busiest season is generally June through September, while winter is quieter.

For this reason, it is especially important to us to find team members who can help during our busy summer season. If you work well with our team and are reliable throughout the busy season, our goal is to provide you with stable work through the winter whenever possible and build a long-term, year-round working relationship.

Restaurant work can be physically demanding and fast-paced during busy periods, so these positions are best suited to someone who is energetic, dependable and comfortable working in a busy environment.

We are looking for people who genuinely want to become part of our team rather than work only a few shifts and leave.
